The Dark Side of Science as Religion

If science takes over the role of religion in our culture, the modern Gothic horror fiction author H.P. Lovecraft would become one of the new religion’s mystics. Unfortunately, his visions reveal the darkside of the naturalist doctrine. Life without a loving, engaging God would truly be a horror. Continue reading
